Storksak – Nina Changing Bag

The Storksak Nina Changing Bag is a lovely big changing bag with plenty of room for everything you might need to take out with you. It is very pretty and doesn’t look like a normal changing bag (gone are the days of my handbags) so I still feel like I have a pretty bag when I go out and about.

Not only does this bag look good (I have had countless compliments when out) it is practical too. Its exterior is wipe clean and feels very thick; I don’t worry that it will tear or look scruffy as it seems so durable. The inside is also made from a wipe clean material meaning I can keep this bag looking good whatever the little one gets up to.

Inside, the bag boasts 7 sections including a large zip pocket at the back to store valuables like purse/phone/keys. While these sections are very deep, I find that the smaller items I need to carry (anti-bacterial hand gel, nappy cream, pen etc) get lost in the deepness of the compartments and this can sometimes be frustrating when needed in a hurry. I have had to buy another smaller zip pouch to keep all the smaller items together and then put this in one of the inside pockets which isn’t the end of the world but worth noting.

The Nina Changing Bag comes with a compact but well padded changing mat which fits nicely in the middle space of the bag. It’s the perfect size and also wipe clean. It has a Velcro clasp to ensure it stays compact and out of the way.

Other handy additions to the changing bag are the thermo bottle insulator and the snacksac which is also insulated. Both of these accessories will keep bottles or food warm or cold for up to four hours. The snacksac can fit nicely inside the main bag or it can be clipped onto the buggy/pram as a separate, smaller bag.

The straps on this bag are adjustable and will fit any pram/buggy as it also had hidden adjustable pram clips. If it didn’t have these, the shoulder strap wouldn’t have actually fitted over my pram handle so I was pleased with this added feature.

For just £80 I think this changing bag is fantastic and would recommend to those of you who have lots to store but want to carry it with style too!

  1. Hi Michelle, Thanks for putting these reviews up. I’m Due in February and looking at a range of different changing bags including this one. Have you ever tried a Pacapod as they look quite good but they are quite expensive and I don’t want to spend a lot of money if they aren’t worth it? Thanks Rachel

    • Hi Rachel, Sorry but I haven’t ever tried a PacaPod before. I will try and email the company to see if they are willing to send something out for review. Michelle
