20 Healthy Slow Cooker Meals for the Family

Are you looking for a way to kick start a healthier journey? For me, food if often where I fall and I can find it really difficult to know really what foods are best for me. Did you know that you can have nutritional testing done? These tests are aimed at helping to identify what vitamins and minerals you might be lacking or have too much of! Having worked this out, you can then look at the best foods for your diet. So to help me kick start my healthy eating journey, I’ve asked fellow bloggers to share their favourite healthy slow cooker meals for you to try and enjoy.

Slimming World Pulled Pork

Sarah from Boo Roo and Tiger Too has tried this  Slimming World Barbecue Pulled Pork (Slow cooker version). It serves 6 and if you’re really running out of time, Sarah has just thrown all the ingredients into the slow cooker and gone out!

Chilli Con Carne

Claire from The Pramshed has her top 5 slow cooker recipes in one handy place including some lovely winter warmers. She has been perfecting her Beef Goulash, Chicken Thai Green Curry, Chilli Con Carne, Pork and Button Bean Stew and another tasty Pulled Pork.
