HIPP Organic Baby Care Range: Review

I’ve always been careful with the products that I use on my little ones, especially as Isabella has eczema prone skin (although this is improving as she gets older). To accompany this, while Benjamin is so little, I don’t like to use anything that might harm their skin so I was very intrigued to see what HIPP’s new Organic Baby Care Range had to offer.

The HIPP Organic Baby Care Range has been specifically developed to be free from nasties and therefore minimise the risk of any reaction to the products. As the products are free from ingredients parabens, they are well suited to babies’ sensitive skin.

We were sent the: Head to Toe Baby Wash, Foaming Hand Wash, Refill for Hand Wash and Goodnight Baby Bath to test out. We’ve had them a couple of weeks now and I can happily say, that they have come out scoring highly with the children and me.

The Head to Toe Baby Wash has a good foaming quality which the children really love. Isabella likes to be able to wash herself now and having a wash that foams nicely allows her the chance to see where she’s washed. Of course, they also love to have fun with the foam and make bubble beards with it quite frequently too.

All the products are suitable from new-born although personally, I wouldn’t use any soap for the first couple of baths as my little ones skin really dried out in the first few weeks.

Our favourite

I think our absolute favourite item has to be the Foaming Hand wash. It’s twofold really; I love how it’s a foam and not a gel as it’s easier for small hands to rub in effectively meaning it’s giving a more hygienic independent clean. The children love the duck – let’s be honest, who wouldn’t! What’s better is that you are able to buy refills for this rather than constantly buying more plastic duck dispensers. WIN WIN in my eyes!

I really like the light fragrance the products offer and think they are really great products for babies and children (I may have used it once or twice too … for review purposes of course!). I love how it hasn’t irritated either of the children (or mummy) and how they’ve thought about the practicality of the products’ packaging as well as the products themselves.

Big thumbs up from us.
