The Wetsuit Factory Ladybird Baby Wrap Wetsuit

After I had decided I wanted to take my little one swimming, I started to look into swim wear for her to keep her warm. When I came across this baby wrap wetsuit, I just couldn’t resist!

I am a sucker for anything that looks cute and silly and will dress my little one up at any occasion, so this was just my sort of thing. There are five different designs to choose from including a bee and fairy.

The design of this baby wrap wetsuit is great; it uses Velcro so you can adjust it slightly to fit your baby comfortably as well as making it super easy to get on and off your baby. This is especially useful if you plan on going swimming alone as you can easily use one hand to get baby in and out of the wrap. There are four different Velcro straps, two that go over the shoulders, one that does up the side and one between the legs. This wetsuit wrap comes with detachable wings so you can take them off if you don’t like them. Personally, I think that’s what makes them great!

I think this definitely helped to keep Isabella warmer in the pool than if she were just in a nappy/swimsuit as it’s made from 2mm Titanium Neoprene material (this material provides UV protection so would be perfect if you wanted to take your little one on holiday).

If I were using this on holiday and therefore going to be taking Isabella in and out of the water a lot, I would also use a swimsuit/shortie wetsuit and just use the wrap when she was in the water for added warmth as it would be too warm and restricting for her otherwise.

Once washed, the wetsuit wrap dried really quickly and kept its shape well.

It comes in three different sizes: 0-6 months, 6-12 months and 12-18months so should last a while. I have the 0-6 months and think Isabella will still be in it past 6 months. For just £9.50 from Ebay or Amazon I think this is a real bargain and I have already recommended to several of my friends who have gone on to buy one.
