We’ve been busy making Christmas Cards and Christmas Boxes to store all those lovely treats in.

The Stocking cards are lovely and just by using little pompoms and glittery bows, you can make them look really special. They are so easy to do, especially if you use the little sticky dots to attach the pompoms with that my 2 year old was more than capable and very happy to be able to make these alone. They will be perfect for adding that special touch this year for your family and friends.

The Christmas boxes, like the other boxes I’ve reviewed are really easy to make and most of the material comes with a self adhesive backing you just need to peel off but for the eyes on all three, the hat of the snowman and the beard on Father Christmas, I needed some over glue. Instead of using glue though, I thought I’d try the sticky dots that Isabella used on the cards and these worked perfectly!

We also have a beautiful decorate your own ceramic house tealight holder which I decided to try out first as Isabella is just that little bit too small but actually under very close supervision, she was fine with it – it got a little messy but not too bad. It was actually really easy to do (especially with the porcelain and glass glitter pens) and adds a lovely, festive feel to your table. If you have slightly older children, they would be able to use this without a worry and it would keep them entertained for ages! On top of this, they would make beautiful handmade gifts from your little ones. To stay safe, we were given LED tealights instead of using real ones – you never can be too careful with little ones around!

We also used the porcelain and glass glitter pens to decorate some bowls we had and Isabella really loved doing this. It’s such a fun way to save your child’s art work.backer ross1baker ross5whatmummythinks-product review
