Last Minute, not Thoughtless

That’s where Very come in. You can shop from the comfort of your own home and rest assured that your parcel will be at your door in time for the big day. And to make life even less stressful, any gift purchases can be returned under the 28 day Collect+ Free 28 day approval guarantee (weight and size limited).

If you’re stuck for ideas, Very have a Christmas tab where you can refine your search for gift ideas from novelty and stocking fillers to electronics, hampers and experiences. There is such an eclectic mix of goodies to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

What’s going to be sitting under my tree?

To me, Christmas is all about the children so I’ll start there. After years of begging, we have finally given in and bought them a Nintendo Switch as a joint gift for my 9 and 6-year-old. We actually got that a few months ago as we knew that was their main gift. However, we’ve been keeping an eye out for deals on games and I’ve just picked up Animal Crossing New Horizons for them to enjoy. I’m actually hoping that I’ll be able to join in with this one too as I’ve heard so many good things about it.

Aside from tech, my son has (in the last week or so!) expressed just how much he would love some Baby Yoda (or the child) items for Christmas. This obviously was a bit of a surprise as his list was written and sent at the start of December. Being Christmas though, magic is in the air and even though all his gifts were ordered, this totally gorgeous little jumper made its way into my basket. I can’t get over how cute it looks and my 6-year-old will love it!

I may have also fallen totally in love with the absolutely adorable Baby Yoda toys. I’m not sure who is going to have more fun with this one – me or the children.

Gifts for her

There are some seriously lovely ideas for her on here (hint hint!) from jewellery and watches to stocking fillers or personalised gifts. I’ve been needing a new hairdryer for a while now and when I spotted the Remington Curl and Straight Hair Dryer on offer, I couldn’t resist getting this for myself and can’t wait to give it a try. As much as I would actually love the Dyson Supersonic or even better, the Air Wrap, I just couldn’t justify spending that much.

Gifts for him

Whether you know exactly what the man in your life wants or needs, there is a wide selection of gift ideas to choose from. I love the United Oddsocks Sock Invaders pack. Reminiscent of the retro Space Invaders game, you can give the gift of good memories with this pack of 6 socks.

If socks aren’t going to cut it (even if they are awesome), there are plenty of gift experiences to pick from too. You can pick from ideas like a 30 minute flying lesson, a relaxation spa day, escape rooms, ultimate virtual reality experiences or weekend getaways. There really is something for all interests here.

So you can see from just these examples how last minute Christmas Shopping really doesn’t have to mean thoughtless gifts. have you covered. Just remember to buy before 10pm on the 21st December to receive your gifts in time for Christmas.
